The Polychrome b2b suite consists of various modules that work together to make b2b easy.
CSV Conversion
The CSV Maker takes CSV files and using a mapping file converts them from one layout to another.
This solves the problem where a file is supplied from another system on a recurring basis but the layout does not match the format you need. Often this means that every month someone has to open it in Excel, add columns and rearrange columns as well as inserting static text.
Unattended File TransferThe uFTP executable is a tool to add the ability to copy files to and from and FTP server without user intervention. It bridges the gap between exporting data and getting it to a recipient, it can also form part of an import process.
It is a command line tool that can be used by the Polychrome Scheduler for full automation.
ODBC Export
The Polychrome ODBC Export Tool exports data from any ODBC data source but that’s not all. It does a whole lot more, like emailing the results or calling a command line application and passing the exported data filename.
Now you can create CSV extracts of your business data using our scheduler.
Scheduler
This is a tray based application that processes schedule files.
The schedule files can be repeating and you have control over how often they are repeated. Each schedule can process multiple steps and each step can have multiple switches so that it can run most applications including the tools that form the Polychrome b2b suite.
Data Transfer
Want to move to a new accounting package but just can't face re keying data?
We can convert data from Aurora One and NZ Gold to Attache PRO for anyone looking to move. The standard vanilla conversion costs $1000NZ but we are happy to quote for custom conversions.
The conversion process requires you to answer some questions about your setup and make some decisions about what goes where.
