Polychrome does not use cookie technology to collect personally identifying information on users of unrestricted Polychrome sites.

Restricted areas

Some of our websites are restricted or have areas that are accessible only by entering a user identifier and/or password. This is because the information is:

  • protected so that only you can access it, and is available only to people who fulfil certain criteria, such as being a current client.

 

Online forms and purchasing

Polychrome keeps membership and mailing list subscriber details and web server logs on controlled facilities that are secured against unauthorised access.

Polychrome websites often contain links to other websites. Please be aware that Polychrome has no control over other websites and we encourage you to read the Privacy Policies of every website that you visit.

Correcting, updating or deleting personal information

Changes to the privacy policy

This policy may be updated from time to time, but any changes will not reduce the privacy protection set out in the policy and will not affect information previously collected, unless required by law or other circumstances beyond Polychrome’s control.
